Wisconsin Democratic Counties Election Challenge

Lawsuit filed by individual voters alleging that Wisconsin election officials included illegal presidential elector votes in certain Democratic counties. The suit asks the court to block the certification of presidential election results from the named counties. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) moved to intervene in the case, which plaintiffs then voluntarily dismissed.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
