After you sign up, you will receive an email to set up your donor account. Once you have set up your account, you can log in to the portal anytime to change your donation amount or cancel. Please use the forgot password link if you didn’t set up your account via the setup email.

To change your payment method, log in to your Donor Box account. If you need to reset your password, you can ou can use this link to do so. Under Recurring Plans, you can review your Democracy Docket Membership. In the bottom left, you will see Payment Method. Simply click “change.”
