Nevada Election Integrity Intervention

Lawsuit filed by the right-wing organization Election Integrity Project of Nevada challenging the state’s plan to mail ballots to all eligible voters ahead of the 2020 general election in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The court denied the plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction seeking to block the mailing of ballots. The plaintiffs unsuccessfully petitioned the Nevada Supreme Court and then filed for a second motion for a preliminary injunction in district court, which was also denied. The plaintiffs dismissed the case.
