Michigan Wayne County Results Challenge

Lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign and individual voters challenging the process by which Wayne County, Michigan processed ballots and its prohibition on challengers viewing the election tabulation process. The complaint seeks to enjoin the certification of any “fraudulent or unlawfully cast ballots.”

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

RESULT: The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case on Nov. 19, 2020. Wayne County, Michigan’s 2020 presidential election results remain certified.
