Pennsylvania Presidential Elector Challenge

Lawsuit filed by individual voters seeking to stop the certification of presidential election results from certain Pennsylvania counties based on claims that “illegal” ballots were included. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
