Wisconsin Certification Challenge

Petition filed by Wisconsin Voters Alliance and individual voters against the Wisconsin Elections Commission asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to nullify and block certification of the results of the Wisconsin presidential election and allow the state’s legislature to appoint electors. The Wisconsin Supreme Court denied the petition.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
