Pennsylvania Vote by Mail Intervention

Lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign, Republican National Committee (RNC), Pennsylvania Republican congressional candidates and individual voters against the Pennsylvania secretary of the commonwealth and all county boards of elections seeking to stop counties from using drop boxes and counting absentee ballots not placed in an outer secrecy envelope or that contain personal identifications. The complaint also asks the court to permit poll watchers in all polling locations, regardless of their county of residence. Priorities USA and the Pennsylvania Alliance for Retired Americans intervened in the case, which the court stayed pending the resolution of similar cases across the state. The court entered judgment in favor of the defendants regarding the federal constitutional claims and dismissed the case.
