Oklahoma COVID-19 Election Relief

Lawsuit filed on behalf of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and Oklahoma Democratic Party challenging Oklahoma laws that plaintiffs allege limit access to vote by mail for the state’s June 2020 primary election: absentee ballot witness and notary requirements, ballot receipt deadline, ballot assistance and collection ban and lack of prepaid postage for vote by mail ballots. The court denied the plaintiffs’ request for injunctive relief and entered judgment in favor of the defendants.
