Trump Campaign Files New Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

WASHINGTON, D.C. The Trump campaign has sued Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) and seven county board of elections in federal court in Pennsylvania. The lawsuit seeks to halt the secretary of state and Board of Elections in Allegheny, Centre, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery and Northampton Counties from certifying the results of the 2020 election. This effort joins other meritless legal challenges brought by the Trump campaign and Republicans across the country aimed at undermining public confidence in the 2020 election results. So far, nearly all of the lawsuits filed by the Republicans have been thrown out in court.
