Michigan Certifies Biden as Winner

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Michigan Board of State Canvassers voted 3-0 to certify the statewide general election results in Michigan, declaring Joe Biden the official winner of the state. Norman Shinkle, a Republican-appointed member of the board, abstained from the vote. Biden carried the state by over 154,000 votes.
