Georgia Counties Must Begin Recount by Friday Morning
WASHINGTON, D.C. — All 159 of Georgia’s counties must begin a hand recount by Friday, Nov. 13 at 9:00 a.m. ET, according to an official from the Georgia secretary of state’s office. Counties are permitted to start the manual recount today if they are prepared to do so. The full recount must be completed by midnight on Wednesday, Nov. 18.
