Your membership
When you signed up, you should have received an email from Donor Box, our third-party payment portal, inviting you to set up your account. You can use this link to reset your password.
After you sign up, you will receive all of our premium content straight to your inbox – no login needed!
There are a few steps to troubleshoot this:
1) Wrong email address — The email you used to set up your paid subscription is where our premium content is being sent, so check that you signed up using the correct email. When you sign up, you will receive an email with the receipt from Donor Box, our third-party payment portal. If you do not have a receipt but have a charge on your account, please let us know.
2) Check your spam folder — Check your spam folder and save [email protected] as a safe, known sender.
3) Duplicate sign-ups — If you are signed up for our free newsletters (On The Docket or Daily Docket) under a different email address than you use for your membership, it could be causing confusion. If that is the case, you can either unsubscribe from the non-membership email or email [email protected] for help.
