Pennsylvania Philadelphia Mail-in Ballot Intervention

Lawsuit brought by the right-wing Public Interest Legal Foundation on behalf of an individual voter seeking to invalidate any mail-in ballots in Philadelphia that were received after the “statutory deadline” of the Tuesday before the election. The Philadelphia City Democratic Committee intervened in the case. The court denied the petition for a writ of mandamus.
