Michigan Final Certification Challenge

Lawsuit filed by the Thomas More Society, a conservative legal group, on behalf of individual voters seeking to stop the final certification of election results based on allegations of voter fraud. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
