Nevada Mail Ballot Machine Challenge #1

Lawsuit filed by a Republican state Senate candidate requesting a new election based on allegations that the machines used to process mail-in ballots were faulty. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Nevada State Democratic Party intervened in the case and the court granted their motion to dismiss.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
