Lawsuit filed by individual Republican voters alleging that ballots cast in Arizona using a Sharpie were not counted — a claim that proliferated on social media despite county officials strongly denying it. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
