Pennsylvania GOP Files in U.S. Supreme Court
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Republican Party of Pennsylvania has filed an emergency petition in the U.S. Supreme Court. The petition asks the Court to order Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) and 67 county boards of elections to segregate absentee ballots received after the state’s ballot receipt deadline.
