Pennsylvania Poll Watcher Intervention
Parnell v. Allegheny County Board of Elections
Lawsuit filed by two Republican congressional candidates seeking to allow poll watching at satellite early voting sites and to challenge 28,000 ballots (without providing any basis to question their eligibility). The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and Rep. Connor Lamb (D-Pa.) intervened as defendants in the case. The parties reached an agreement about the processing of mail-in ballots and the case was dismissed.
