Nevada Ballot Observation Intervention

Lawsuit filed by an individual voter, the Trump campaign and Nevada Republican Party attempting to prohibit the processing and counting of ballots in Clark County until “meaningful observation” of the process is allowed. The district court denied the plaintiffs’ motion for a temporary restraining order, which they appealed to the state Supreme Court. The Nevada Supreme Court also denied the plaintiffs’ motion for injunctive relief. The parties reached a settlement agreement and the Nevada Supreme Court dismissed the appeal.
