Pennsylvania Missing ID

Lawsuit brought by the Trump campaign and Republican National Committee attempting to prohibit voters from providing proof of missing identification. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) intervened in the case. The court ruled that the Pennsylvania secretary of state did not have the authority to add three extra days to provide proof of ID and granted an injunction enjoining the county from counting ballots with IDs provided during that time frame.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
