Lawsuit filed by an individual voter and the conservative group Election Integrity Fund seeking to block the counting of absentee ballots in Detroit. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) intervened in the case. The court denied the plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction and later granted a motion to dismiss the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
