Montana Vote by Mail Intervention

Lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign, Republican National Committee (RNC), National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) and Montana State Republican Committee challenging the governor’s directive that gave counties the choice to conduct the 2020 general election entirely by mail due to the ongoing pandemic. The district court denied the plaintiffs’ claims.
