Marchant v. Gloria
Lawsuit filed by a Republican congressional candidate requesting a new election based on allegations that the machines used to process mail-in ballots were faulty. The Nevada State Democratic Party intervened in the case and the court denied the plaintiff’s petition for a writ of mandamus and dismissed the case.
This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
