Lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign and an individual voter attempting to stop the counting of absentee ballots in Michigan. The Michigan Court of Claims denied the plaintiffs’ motion for declaratory judgment and both the state Court of Appeals and Supreme Court denied further appeal attempts.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
