Daugherty v. Fulton County and Registration Board
Election contest filed by individual Georgia voter challenging the certification of Sens. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) and Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) as winners of the Senate runoff elections in Georgia. Both senators assumed their elected positions and the Fulton County Superior Court dismissed the contest with prejudice, finding that the contestant failed to properly serve all of the named defendants and that he did not file his petition in a timely manner.
