Arizona Election Contest #2

Lawsuit brought by Republican voters against Gov. Doug Ducey (R) and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D) seeking to vacate the certification of the 2020 presidential election in Arizona. The plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
