Wisconsin Absentee Count Challenge

Petition filed by President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and the Trump campaign challenging the validity and inclusion of certain absentee ballots in the state’s presidential election results. The Wisconsin Supreme Court denied the petition.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
