Pennsylvania Decertification Challenge

Lawsuit filed by a group of Republican state representatives and two Republican voters seeking to decertify the 2020 general election results in Pennsylvania. The court denied the plaintiffs’ emergency motion for injunctive relief, finding that the action was an “improper and untimely election contest,” and the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
