Oregon State Legislature Redistricting Extension

Lawsuit brought by the Oregon Legislative Assembly challenging the existing deadlines in the state constitution for completing the state legislative redistricting plan. The plaintiffs asked for a ruling to extend the deadline in light of the anticipated delay in census data delivery. The Oregon Supreme Court granted the writ of mandamus and extended the deadline.
