Nevada Mail Ballot Machine Challenge #3

Lawsuit filed by Republican state Senate candidate against the Democratic incumbent requesting a new election based on allegations that the machines used to process mail-in ballots were faulty. The plaintiff voluntarily dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
