Lawsuit filed by Donald Trump against Georgia’s governor and secretary of state seeking to decertify Georgia’s 2020 presidential election results based on alleged claims of “illegal voting.” Trump voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
