Arizona Cyber Ninja Audit Challenge

Lawsuit brought by the Arizona Democratic Party against members of the Arizona Senate and Cyber Ninjas, Inc. challenging the company’s upcoming audit of the 2020 general election in Maricopa County. The lawsuit asks the court to declare the audit as unlawful and to stop the audit from proceeding.
