WASHINGTON, D.C.— In the tightest congressional race in the country, Iowa 2nd Congressional District Democratic candidate Rita Hart trails behind Republican candidate Mariannette Miller-Meeks by fewer than 50 votes out of more than 394,000 cast.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— This morning, the Trump campaign deposited $3 million to the Wisconsin Election Commission, signaling that Trump intends to move ahead with a recount in the state. So far, the payment covers recounts in Milwaukee and Dane counties. The exact counties will not be finalized until the campaign officially files for a recount.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Two Republican members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers have refused to certify the November 3rd election results. In a Board meeting tonight, the Republican members voted against certification because “many precincts in the county were out of balance by a few votes.” Board Vice Chairman Jonathan Kinloch called the decision “reckless and irresponsible.”

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Right-wing lawyers have withdrawn four lawsuits challenging the 2020 election results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. All four lawsuits alleged that election officials had  “included ‘illegal’ Presidential elector results in certain counties.”

WASHINGTON, D.C.—A Michigan state court has dismissed the latest Republican challenge of the 2020 election results. In today’s ruling, Michigan Third Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy Kenny denied the Republicans’ request to halt the certification of election results in Detroit and Wayne counties.

WASHINGTON, D.C.— The Trump Campaign’s #SharpieGate lawsuit in Arizona has officially run out of gas. Following yesterday’s hearing, Republicans dropped their claims regarding the presidential race, given the state’s tabulation of votes for president statewide.
