Pennsylvania Montgomery County BOE Vote Count

Lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign, Republican National Committee and Republican campaigns seeking to stop the Montgomery County Board of Elections from counting mail-in ballots, claiming that certain voters did not properly write their addresses underneath their signatures on the outer envelopes. The trial court denied the petition for review and the Trump campaign withdrew its appeal to the appellate court.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
