WASHINGTON, D.C. — Gov. Chris Sununu (R) signed a bill into law this month that would require voters who do not have an ID to have their photo taken when registering to vote on Election Day. House Bill 523 passed the Republican-controlled New Hampshire Legislature in April, one of many voter suppression bills that Republicans have been working to advance in the Granite State.
