Wisconsin Recount Affirms Biden as Winner

WASHINGTON, D.C. The presidential recount in Wisconsin is complete, affirming Joe Biden as the winner of the state by more than 20,000 votes. Donald Trump is the first presidential candidate in history to lose recounts in two different states — first Georgia and now Wisconsin. The Trump campaign paid over $3 million for a partial recount of the state, only to increase Biden’s lead by 87 votes. The state’s 10 electoral votes will go to Biden and Kamala Harris. The Wisconsin Elections Commission is set to certify the results on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
