STATEMENT: Four Pillars Victory in Montana

WASHINGTON, D.C.— You may recall that in March the DSCC and Montana Democratic Party filed a lawsuit challenging two important Montana voting restrictions: 1) a ban on individuals and organizations that assist absentee voters by collecting and transporting sealed and signed absentee ballots to the county elections office; and 2) a requirement that absentee ballots must be received by the county elections office by 8:00 PM on Election Day—regardless of when the ballot is postmarked.
